Your Pregnancy and Baby Chiropractor - Ally Fry, MChiro
Our chiropractor, Ally fry, has a passion for supporting women during pregnancy and providing gentle care for babies.
Ally has completed additional training in the treatment of pregnant women and infants, alongside an additional placement during her university studies with midwifery students focusing on paediatric care.
Additionally, she has pursued further postgraduate courses to deepen her expertise in providing safe and gentle chiropractic care for expectant mothers and their little ones.

Ally's approach to treating infants is characterised by gentleness and care. We recognise that babies have unique needs, and her techniques are modified to ensure their safety. Ally uses gentle and specific techniques tailored for each child. Ally also offers developmental assessments to check on your baby’s milestones that should be reached at 3, 6, 9, 12 and 18 months.

Ally understands that holistic support is essential during pregnancy and early childhood. While her focus is on musculoskeletal health, she also aims to foster overall well-being. Ally collaborates with midwives, health visitors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support, ensuring you and your baby receive the best care possible.
