Dr Ally Fry MChiro DC

Doctor of Chiropractic
Ally's interest in Chiropractic began when she was exposed to the profession as a young elite gymnast due to a major hip injury. It was a Chiropractor that allowed her to avoid surgery for this and continue her training.
Further treatment and rehabilitation enabled her to maintain optimum function and performance when not injured, and return to sport and competition following a later ankle surgery.
This broad range of issues that Chiropractic had been able to address made Ally realise this was a profession she needed to be a part of to provide the same help to other people that she had received.
From her past experience Ally was well aware of the benefits Chiropractic care could provide for elite athletes. But throughout her 5 years studying at AECC university she saw the wider benefits of Chiropractic care for all ages from newborns, who she worked closely with on a paediatric placement, all the way through to her older patients who she helped to improve and maintain their physical function.
During her studies Ally worked as a level 3 sports massage therapist and extended her skills by undertaking further training in pregnancy massage. Prior to this she was a gymnastics and tumbling coach working with pre-school children through to elite gymnasts for 5 years giving her a unique insight into the demands of the sport.
Dr Ben Goodall MChiro LRCC DC

Doctor of Chiropractic
Ben is a chiropractor and former Great Britain tumbling gymnast, where he was a two-time Junior British Champion and placed 3rd at the World Age Group Championships in Tokyo in 2019.
His career in gymnastics first introduced him to Chiropractic, which played a vital role in keeping him performing at the highest level. Since retiring from gymnastics, Ben has shifted his own training towards a hybrid approach, balancing strength work with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and preparing for half-marathon distance trail runs. This personal commitment to health and resilience underpins the way he works with his patients.
Although Ben’s background is in elite sport, his passion lies in helping people of all ages and abilities, from children and retirees to wheelchair users and stroke survivors. He is currently undertaking specialised training in clinical neuroscience with the Carrick Institute, focusing on conditions such as headaches, dizziness, balance problems, eye movement disorders, and other neurological symptoms.
Ben graduated with First-Class Honours in Chiropractic from AECC University College in 2020. Dedicated to continuous learning, he co-authored a paper published in the Journal of Chiropractic & Manual Therapies during the pandemic and currently serves as an associate lecturer at the Health Sciences University in Boscombe.
Alongside his work at Optimum Chiropractic Clinic, Ben also assists a colleague in London with a remote dizziness service supporting patients with persistent balance and dizziness problems.
